Operation Write Home Valentines Day Blog Hop

Posted by Lena Nunn at 1:00 AM
Happy Vetrans day weekend and welcome to the Operation Write Home Valentines Day Blog hop! Isn't all these cards so inspiriting?? Why Valentines day in November? The deadline for Christmas cards has passed so now is the time to start thinking about the next big card holiday which is Valentines Day. The deadline to get your V-Day cards in is January 7th so now is the time to get out the lovey dovey stuff and get stampin .

On to the card:
Isn't she cute? I stamped this Cheeky Girl from the Greeting Farm onto Kraft cardstock. I then colored her in using watercolor pencils and a blender pen. For the frame I cut a top note on a piece of paper and used the negative as a stencil! The scallops on bottom were done with a white gel pen.

Card Recipe:
Cardstock~ Cherry Cobbler, Crumb Cake, Black , White (all Stampin'up! )
Stamps~ Cheeky (the Greeting Farm) ,Sentiments Ippity, Hearts (stampin' up!)
Other: Top note, white gel pen, watercolor pencils, blender pens
