Thinspiration Thursday Week 2

What a week , week one was!! Todays weight is 224! Im down 2 pounds. I know thats not a whole lot but considering all ive done is cut down portions and move more its a good start! Ive also been drinking no soda which I think is probably the main thing . I usually drink at least one Pepsi a day ( either regular or diet) and considering it has 250 calories in a bottle for the regular thats alot!! This week Im going to start doing my biggest loser workout video ( if I can last more than 30 seconds of it).

So thats it. Eat Less . Move More. No Brainer. See ya next week!

Way to go girlie! Two pounds down is super! :) Just picture a pound of butter in your hands - you lost TWO of those off your body! WTG!! I'm proud of you - it looks as if I won't be able to go to my trainer at the gym as many days as I wanted to, so I'm gonna look into an exercise video I can do at home...is the Biggest Loser one good??

Thank you so much for the kind words! I love the biggest loser video . its something you can do at home and Bob gets in camera and acts funny and it has chubby people on there doing it instead of stick figures.

Yeay Pal!!! 2 lbs is awesome! Soda is horrible stuff, and DIET SODA is actually worse for you than regular! eew... anyways... keep moving! that's key, they say people who figit burn 20% more calories than people who don't... so tap your toes, shake your legs, annoy your neighbor, do whatever it takes to burn calories. Every little thing helps. Oh, and thanks for the plug on your post! Maybe someday I'll get more followers! hahaha Love ya!

Lena, keep telling yourself that a loss is still a loss no matter how big or little. The scale is still going in the direction you want it too! Big congratulations to you on your week #1 weight loss! You CAN do it!

Okay two things. Your chart... "BAGELS" is on there, and it reminds me of what we talked about. Then a complaint hahahah it says POP ;) hahaha.

And if what they say about burning calories while laughing.. how come we arent stick figures yet?
